As you all may know Becca is a high end cosmetic brand. Currently their highlighters are doing well. While browsing through my social media I always see make up artist talking about the Becca highlighters and of course it looks beautiful. At first I was hesitant because of the shades that I saw but when I saw swatches of Topaz, I knew I had to get my paws of it. 

Becca's highlighters  are described as  "a creamy powder that veils skin in a soft pearlized glow with a lustrous velvet finish." This product is enriched with ultra fine luminescent pearls that absorb, reflect and refract light to amplify your natural radiance. The highlighter is perfect for dramatic highlighting and layering to give you the glow that you want to achieve. Because of the formula, this look will give you a glow and not just a glittery finish. 

Topaz is a pigmented shimmery golden-bronze shade with gold shimmer. It consists of a smooth creamy texture and is extremely rich in color. To apply is very easy and I find this product to be very blendable. When applying you do not need to use a lot of product but depending on how much of a glow you want depends on you. 

I wear nail polish 100% of the time. Nail polish is apart of my beauty routine and without it I feel different. Every now and then I'll go to the nail salon for a gel manicure but for the most part I paint my own nails. Seeing how I paint my own nails, whenever I go into CVS, Rite Aid or Walgreens, I always purchase one or two nail polishes. I am mostly drawn to neutral colors but once in a while I'll purchase something with color just for fun. Depending on the season, I try to buy shades accordingly. 

Recently I went to CVS and while I was looking at the nail polishes, this one shade just caught my attention in a heart beat. I immediately picked it up and tried it on and it was the perfect shade. It's by Essie and the name of the nail polish is called "between the seats". "Between the seats" is apart of the 'Essie Bridal 2016 Collection'. The shade is one of a kind and out of my entire collection there is no other like it. The color is so hard to describe but I'll try for you guys. I'd describe it as a nude color with a light pink undertone or a dusty cream shade. Essie describes it as a "Romantic lilac grey" nail color but the grey isn't apparent in my eyes. In my opinion I would say it's a go to shade and you do not have to be a bride in order to wear this gorgeous shade.  The shade is seasonal and it's a color that would look grade on every skin tone.

The shade retails for $9.00 and you can find it at your local drug stores. If you find the price to be too expensive, I'm pretty sure Amazon or somewhere else has it for a more reasonable price.

Through the pictures I saw how pigmented and how beautiful the shades were displayed on lighter skin tones which made me hesitant to buy. Reason being, as you know depending on your complexion, it can really make a difference on how any makeup product appears on your complexion in comparison to someone with a darker or lighter complexion. I continued looking to see if I could find any swatches on what the products would look like on darker skin and ended up finding a  page specifically for dark skinned women who wanted to see product swatches before purchasing. All the shades that appeared in 'That Glow' kit was gorgeous on her skin, with and without light. The glow was just endless. That same day, Friday August 26, 2016, I ordered the palette and received it on Tuesday August 02, 2016.
